Education and Experience
- A Bachelor’s degree in the Sciences or in Environmental Studies
- Direct environmental and regulatory related experience in the energy sector (oil and gas, pipelines, electrical transmission, power generation) preferred
- Previous consulting experience preferred
- Understanding of provincial and federal regulations and permitting requirements an asset
- Field experience, or interest in conducting field work, is an asset
Typical office environment working with computers and remaining sedentary for long periods of time. Field work may include exposure to the elements including inclement weather. Ability to lift and move items and equipment up to 50 lbs.
