Your Capabilities and Credentials
- Becomes familiar with project budgets and financials.
- Significant technical knowledge recognizing when problems are developing and initiating appropriate corrective actions using sound professional judgment, creativity, and innovation.
- Comprehensive understanding of all areas of design and various design methods.
- Understanding of legal and design requirements.
- Thorough knowledge and interpretation of code compliance requirements and industry standards.
- Proficient in relevant drafting/design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, InDesign, and Adobe Acrobat.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Landscape Architecture or related field.
- A professional Licensure in Landscape Architecture or equivalent by state/province may be required - varies by state.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience.
