We’re seeking a proactive and organised Learning and Development Administrator to join our vibrant L&D team.

About the Role:
As our Learning and Development Administrator, you'll play a pivotal role in helping our people learn, grow, and excel. Based in either Auckland or Hastings, this role will be instrumental in managing our learning systems, providing smooth logistical support, and delivering outstanding administrative assistance to our wider L&D team.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for queries through our Learning inbox, providing prompt, clear, and professional support.
  • Maintaining our L&D SharePoint site, ensuring all resources are accurate, current, and easily accessible.
  • Coordinating logistics and scheduling of online knowledge-sharing sessions with internal stakeholders.
  • Providing proactive administrative support to our Learning & Development Advisor, including course logistics, participant communications, and maintaining accurate registration records.
  • Welcoming our new starters by providing timely communication about available L&D services and resources.
  • General administrative support tasks, ensuring smooth operations within our Learning & Development team.

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

  • Have experience in administration and ideally within Learning and Development, HR, or similar environments.
  • Are tech-savvy, ideally with prior experience managing or administrating Learning Management Systems or similar platforms.
  • Possess strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and enjoy managing multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Have excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Are comfortable navigating SharePoint and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Excel (ideally at Advanced level), and Teams.
  • Enjoy working collaboratively in a team environment and are proactive in seeking opportunities to assist and improve processes.
