- Ability to coach, guide, and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Experience in all aspects of software development lifecycle following best practice methodologies like the Agile practices.
- Understanding of ITIL practices.
- Strong knowledge and experience in Oracle Business Intelligence tools and solutions (OBIA, OBIEE, OAS, OAC), and any (or all) of the Oracle Ebusiness Suite modules, EPM, Essbase, Oracle Database and PL/SQL and other related tools.
- Strong organizational, management, analytical, and problem solving/troubleshooting skills.
- Experience in software versioning and revision control systems (GIT, STAT, Bitbucket).
- Experience using Atlassian productions (Jira, Confluence)
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10+ Experience managing IT teams.
