Your Capabilities and Credentials
- Strong intellectual capacity - continuous learner, highly analytical, with good conceptual thinking skills and can translate data into creative recruitment solutions.
- Ability to flex different leadership styles against environmental requirements.
- Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment.
- Excellent communication skills - able to communicate difficult and complex matters in a candid, transparent manner.
- Self-motivated and well-organized, with attention to detail and a sense of urgency.
- Ability to grasp concepts quickly, strong team orientation, experience with working in a largely remote team environment.
- Tech savvy
- Experience working within the A&E, or professional services environment preferred.
- Designations such as RPR, PHR, CHRP, AIRS and/or LinkedIn Certified Professional Recruiter are an asset.
Education and Experience
- 5-7 years working as a Talent Acquisition people manager and/or team lead.
- 7-10 years of recruitment experience in corporate or agency environment (both preferred).
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field is ideal but not required.
