Marketing Specialist

Your Capabilities and Credentials

• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in researching, coordinating and developing responses to detailed client requests including Requests for Qualifications and Proposals (RFQs/RFPs).
• Detail-oriented and organized, with exceptional prioritization skills.
• Design-focused, with a good eye for compelling digital and print design.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign in particular), and web-based interfaces.
• Must have the ability to work independently, as well as in collaboration with a larger regional team.
• Candidate should enjoy working with different personality styles and management levels, both in person and within a physically dispersed team.
• Must feel comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment.
• Confident communicating with individuals across all levels of the organization.
• Experience developing responses to detailed requests for proposals/qualifications (RFP/Qs).
• Experience creating presentations and marketing collateral.

Education and Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing within the A/E/C industry.
• Post-secondary degree in marketing, communications, English, journalism, or related area.
