WATER: Mechanical and Electrical Team Lead
WELLINGTON
Due to growth across the Mechanical, Electrical and Process disciplines, we have a great opportunity for a Team Leader. This is a dual function role where you will retain your core role, alongside managing a team of Mechanical and Electrical engineers reporting to the Wellington Delivery Lead.
Below is a snapshot of your key responsibilities as Team Lead;
Understand and coordinate the team workload, resourcing and outputs.
Contribute to the development of the team’s skills and experience.
Ensure all team members have a clear path towards Professional Accreditation, where appropriate.
Be responsible for team utilisation.
Provide leadership to the team.
Initiate and manage business development opportunities and provide excellent client service.
Build and maintain strong client relationships and develop business opportunities to grow the Water Team
The Team Leader position is a function in addition to your current role.
