Your Capabilities and Credentials
- Strong foundation of networking concepts including routing, switching, firewall, and VPN.
- Understand the overall design concept of IT system and cloud computing.
- Experience with routing and switching of multiple VLANs (Juniper is preferred).
- Experience in network security (i.e., firewalls and intrusion prevention systems).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and manage multiple escalated support incidents under tight time lines.
- Good organizational and logical thinking skills.
- Excellent documentation skills with detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal skills. Must be fluent in spoken and written English.
Education and Experience
Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in Network Administration or related field.
2+ years network related experience.
Position will primarily work in an office setting. May require some field work.
