WATER: Network Planning Team Lead With internal staff movements we are looking for someone who is ready to step up in their career to take on a Network Planning Team Leader role in the Wellington office. While you do not currently need to be in the Network Planning team to be considered for this role you will be working closely with the Network Planning leadership team across New Zealand and other team leads in Wellington to develop the team members and support the growth of the Network Planning team business. Key elements of the role:
You will be tertiary qualified, preferably chartered or working towards, and have 5+ years of experience. You will be self-starter who is already working on your leadership skills, have a high standard of oral and written communication and a passion for developing and leading teams. The Team Leader position is a function in addition to an employee's substantive technical/project contribution role.
