Experience with Oracle Payroll/HRMS/OTL
Oracle HRMS, Payroll, Timecards full-cycle implementation experience is an asset
Understanding of Oracle HRMS Fast Formulas
Understanding of the functional configuration and system flows that underpin an application to deliver functionality.
Strong customer service orientation.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
Keen attention to detail with strong time management, problem solving, and analytical skills.
Understanding of end-user system practices and processes for a particular business domain.
Strong system troubleshooting skills.
Understanding of ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library) practices.
Highly self-motivated and directed.
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Demonstrated proficiency with the following:
Microsoft Office Suite
Atlassian Suite
QA testing tool such as qTest
Understanding internal system flows for a particular application domain
Strong understanding of HR and Payroll principles, concepts, and processes.
Fluency in French is considered as an asset.
Education & Experience
Post-secondary degree in business, information systems or related field, or equivalent experience.
5-7 years of relevant work experience.
Typical office environment working with computers and remaining sedentary for long periods of time. Field work may include exposure to the elements including inclement weather.
