Pavement Analyst - Infrastructure Management & Pavement Engineering

Your Capabilities and Credentials

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail are essential.
• Exposure to analytical data and proficiency in working with MS Excel, MS Access, GIS, geospatial databases, and overall understanding of database management are essential.
• Knowledge of FME software and/or experience with programming is considered an asset.
• Capable of working both independently and in a team environment.
• Time-management skills – ability to work under pressure with dynamic deadlines.
• Knowledge of relevant AASHTO and ASTM Standards related to asphalt and pavements is considered an asset.
• Experience with pavement management software is considered an asset.
• Well-developed written communication skills in the preparation of technical reports, correspondence and proposals are considered an asset.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering field, GIS, Database Management, or Technical degree/diploma/certificate or equivalent in related field.
• 2+ years of relevant consulting experience within the civil/pavement engineering disciplines.
• A Master’s or Ph.D. in Pavement Engineering will be considered in lieu of work experience.

Typical office environment working with computers and remaining sedentary for long periods of time. Field work may include exposure to the elements including inclement weather.
