Your Capabilities and Credentials
- Ability to participate and collaborate in project team setting and to engage in creative and critical thought.
- Understanding of engineering concepts and ability to effectively communicate ideas to others.
- Ability to take direction, follow process and accept feedback and suggestions from senior engineers/designers.
- Demonstrate process improvement skills.
- An understanding of project management and controls processes.
- Requires understanding of Microsoft Office Suite.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering. Minimum of 0 -2 years of experience. Co-op/Internship experience preferred.Typical office environment working with computers and remaining sedentary for long periods of time.
