Your Capabilities and Credentials
- Excellent design, visualization, and graphic skills. Proficiency in CAD, Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office Suite at the minimum.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work well in a studio team environment.
- Ability and desire to travel domestically.
- Prefer professional registration.
- Prefer LEED AP Accreditation, sustainable sites accreditation or similar.
- Prefer experience with 3D programs such as Sketch-up, 3D Max or Rhino. Revit experience is a definite asset.
- Must have a good driving record and valid driver’s license.
Education and Experience
- Minimum of 10 years' of experience of urban design.
- A Bachelor's degree in Urban Design, Community Planning, Landscape, Architecture and/or Architecture from an accredited program.
