Our water focus covers the management of drinking water, wastewater, stormwater, and groundwater as a collective resource. Dams and hydropower are a key focus, driving resilience and renewable energy solutions. Tackling our water challenges is crucial, and our diverse local network includes over 360 water specialists dedicated to innovation.

What you’ll need to bring
- Provide technical expertise in specialist areas of process engineering in particular Water Treatment
- Provide national technical leadership on projects in terms of developing and managing people and tasks, managing project budgets, scope and risk
- Identify, develop, and mentor technical staff.
- Contribute to business development activities through development of client relationships and business opportunities
- Contribute to proposal and bid development to support business development activities, including preparing proposal material as required
- Work with the client and key stakeholders during the development of technical solutions and presenting technical outcomes to the client and stakeholders
- Responsible for delivering outputs on time and in accordance with the allocated budgets and ensuring they are endorsed by the client.
- Assist with application of standards, maintaining and improving design innovation and best practice, whilst managing technical or commercial risk.
