·       Support and lead proposal development and tender submissions

·       Mentor and coordinate team members to deliver high-quality outcomes

So, what do you need to bring to take your career to the next level?

·       Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related suitable professional qualification.

·       RPEV status or ability to obtain within 3 months, as relevant to your engineering discipline.

·       A minimum of 7 years relevant professional experience in the water industry is required, including experience in water and wastewater planning.

·       Demonstrated ability to lead projects and client interactions

·       Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly

·       Experience in technical reporting, presentations, and stakeholder engagement

·       Understanding of hydraulic principles and experience in hydraulic modelling (InfoWorks WS Pro and ICM)

·       Experience with data analysis tools (e.g. Excel, ArcGIS Pro, QGIS) to support planning outcomes

·       Familiarity with decision-making frameworks (e.g. risk assessments, MCA, cost-benefit analysis)

·       Experience contributing to or leading proposals and business cases

·       Experience in project management would be beneficial, but not essential.

So, what do we offer to enable your next career step?

With an attractive salary and vibrant culture, we offer many benefits to ensure your professional development and wellbeing.
