Your Capabilities and Credentials
- Experience with XLS code and SharePoint would be an asset
- Knowledgeable with Help Desk systems and methodologies.
- Able to work in teams to document business processes and records.
- Experience working with field teams to provide support and training.
- Previous experience working with electronic forms for field-level/remote location data collection would be an asset.
Education and Experience
Technical degree/diploma/certificate or equivalent in related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of 1-3 years of experience.
