Your Capabilities and Credentials
- Solid knowledge of project management methodologies, as well as experience in project management software, including scheduling applications such as Primavera and MS Projects, cost control systems, and on-line collaboration tools.
- The position requires substantial influence and communications skills. The incumbent must have demonstrated supervisory and proven leadership skills, along with knowledge and ability to manage a diverse group of personnel.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Business Management or Construction Management. Minimum of 10 years progressive project controls and/or project management working on large, complex development and construction projects.Typical office environment working with computers and remaining sedentary for long periods of time. Field work may include exposure to the elements including inclement weather.
