Project Coordinator
Your Capabilities and Credentials
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office; Adobe Acrobat, BlueBeam, Oracle, and/or various other computer program knowledge a plus.
- High level administrative, organizational, customer relations, communication, business writing skills, editing, and formatting skills.
- Extensive experience assisting management in day-to-day operations, as well as with project-related administrative tasks.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented and resourceful in completing projects and meeting deadlines.
- Adaptability/flexibility to learn new things and pick-up tasks quickly.
- Strong work ethic and willing to go the extra mile.
- Valid driver's license and good driving record required.
Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent. College degree or advanced college level courses a plus.
At least four years of related project administrative experience, preferably with an engineering firm. Experience should demonstrate sound judgment, ability to multi-task, complete tasks in a timely manner and working effectively/comfortable under pressure.
Typical office environment working with computers at a desk for long periods of time.
