Your Opportunity

Our Building Specialty Services group is seeking a Project Coordinator.  We value technical growth, entrepreneurial spirit, work-life balance and an environment that supports the development and mentoring of our staff.  We are constantly expanding and seeking ambitious, committed individuals that want to excel through challenging opportunities and projects that will allow them to achieve their career goals. Your Key Responsibilities

The Project Coordinator shall be responsible for, but not limited to the following:

  • Assist project managers with project administrative activities such as scheduling, quality management, tasks tracking.
  • Edit, format and assemble project documents for specifications, assessment reports, warranty reports, maintenance manuals and reserve fund study reports.
  • Assist with contract administration including change orders and payment certification.
  • Assist Project Manager’s with invoicing, and revenue recognition
  • Assist Project Manager’s with project startup tasks and preliminary budgets for proposals
  • Organize and set-up project kickoff and project meetings, office meetings and technical seminars.
  • Develop meeting minutes to identify, follow up issues and assignment of tasks.

 

Your Capabilities and Credentials

  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment or independently.
  • Detail-oriented work ethic.
  • Strong computer skills in Word, Excel, Power Point, SharePoint and MS project
  • Skills and experience in Bluebeam an asset.
  • Proven experience with deadlines and time-sensitive projects
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
  • Extremely detailed oriented
  • Ability to exercise good judgment, anticipation, show initiative and be proactive

Education and Experience

  • Post-secondary education
  • Prior experience in a similar role within consulting


Typical office environment working with computers and remaining sedentary for long periods of time. Field work may include exposure to the elements including inclement weather.
