Your Capabilities and Credentials

  • Experiencing managing documents for diverse disciplines specifically project management, engineering, and construction documents.
  • Experience with pre- and post-contract administration such as preparing purchase order requests and requests for purchase order amendments.
  • Effective planning, organizing, and forecasting.
  • Diligent at reviewing, tracking, and monitoring project deliverables and artifacts.
  • Experience preparing reports and developing presentation.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
  • Proficiency in software applications relevant to the work and area of responsibility, including Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Project, Visio).
  • A proactive team-player, working quickly and accurately under pressure and time constraints, and with minimal supervision.
  • High degree of attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Possess high interpersonal skills and able to work effectively in a team.

Education and Experience

  • Completion of a post-secondary college diploma or university degree in a related discipline or a combination of education, training and experience deemed to be equivalent.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional), or CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management), or CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) designation, or equivalent is an asset.
  • AACE professional level certification (CCP, CEP, EVP, PSP, PRMP) or equivalent is an asset.
  • 3+ years of experience in coordinating medium-scale projects and/or programs of moderate complexity and value with medium risk; specifically, projects / programs impacting multiple departments and external stakeholders
  • Knowledge and in-depth understanding of project management methodologies and planning approaches.

Typical office environment working with computers and remaining sedentary for long periods of time. Field work may include exposure to the elements including inclement weather.
