Your Capabilities and Credentials

  • Proficient in MS Office, with advanced skills in MS Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Ability to learn new software systems.
  • Experience with Financial/Cost systems (e.g., Oracle) is preferred.
  • Possess a “can do” and “will do” attitude, taking charge of any assignment given.
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to go the extra mile.
  • Must be willing and able to take initiative when needed.
  • Experience working in a team environment and understanding the importance of being a team player.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and communicate with multiple groups.
  • High attention to detail is essential.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and organize multiple concurrent assignments.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to learn new things and pick up tasks quickly.
  • Willingness to learn and accept feedback.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles.
  • Prior work in a project coordinator/assistant role is a plus.
  • Extensive experience assisting management in day-to-day operations and project-related administrative tasks.
  • Ability to perform effectively under pressure in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Capable of performing repetitive tasks with a high level of proficiency and accuracy.
  • Experience should demonstrate sound judgment, the ability to multi-task, complete tasks in a timely manner, and work effectively under pressure.
  • Experience with data management, accounting, finance, or business is preferred.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • At least three (3) years of related project administrative experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience working in the Engineering industry is a plus.
