Project Delivery Analyst/Coordinator

Fixed-Term 

We're looking for a Project Delivery Analyst/Coordinator to join our Project Delivery team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

In this role, you'll work alongside our Project Delivery specialists to support the ANZ project management community and help embed our project management practices across the business. You'll contribute to a broad range of activities, including delivering training, supporting governance processes, maintaining policies and procedures, analysing project data and trends, and assisting with project management migration initiatives as we integrate newly acquired companies.

Key aspects of the role will include:

• Support the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the Project Management Framework (PMF) across ANZ
• Manage Project Delivery enquiries and maintain key Project Delivery platforms, including ANZ sites, BI dashboards, APM, and PIR databases.
• Assist with the development and delivery of Project Delivery training, templates, tools, and other resources.
• Coordinate monthly PMCL forums, including agenda preparation, survey administration, and analysis.
• Collect, monitor, and analyse Project Delivery data and KPIs, supporting audits and reporting to drive continuous improvement.
• Support the integration of newly acquired companies, including migration planning, training, and the review of existing project management practices.
• Collaborate with Risk & Governance and multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective project governance and consistent Project Delivery practices across ANZ
