Your Capabilities and Credentials
- Mechanical, E&I/C, Structural, or relevant Engineering Degree. Professional Engineering P.Eng, or P.L.(Eng) designation with PEO, OIQ or equivalent experience
- Minimum 8 years of relevant project engineering experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience working in consulting engineering environment
- Minimum 10 years of oil and gas pipeline (both urban and cross country), midstream facilities design, and/or refinery experience
- Experience with operating facilities, owner organizations, and/or EPCM firms may be an asset
- Proven experience coordinating multi-disciplined project teams
- Experience with Canadian jurisdictions and their various acts and regulations
- Displays strong leadership qualities
- Team player who will encourage teamwork with the project team plus other discipline staff
- Ability to work in English and French would be an asset
- Focused on providing quality services to the clients in a timely manner
- High level of initiative and ability to complete tasks on schedule and budget
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills. - Ability to mentor and desire to encourage technical staff
- Strong written, spoken, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to perform in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle multiple projects at once
- Field experience would be an asset
- Travel may be required, based on project requirement
Typical office environment working with computers and remaining sedentary for long periods of time. Field work may include exposure to the elements including inclement weather.
