- Prior experience working in engineering, architecture, or construction field is an asset.
- Prior knowledge of document control is an asset.
- Prior work in a Project Assistant/Coordinator role is an asset.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities and assignments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills are needed.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail, and resourcefulness.
- Must be able to successfully work both collaboratively and independently.
- Advanced experience with MS Office including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project, Access and OneNote.
Education and Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience preferred, however, new grads are welcome to apply.
- Technical degree/diploma/certificate or equivalent in related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
