Your Capabilities and Credentials
- Architectural license;
- Experienced in commercial, mix use, Hospitality projects, exp managing revit projects;
- Thorough knowledge of architecture, urban design principles and construction materials;
- Must have proven ability to grow existing client programs;
- Commitment to excellence and high standards;
- Excellent presentation skills;
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills;
- Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities;
- Demonstrated ability to plan and organize projects;
- Ability to work independently as well as manage a diverse team of staff and consultants;
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and workflows, and meet deadlines;
- Strong interpersonal skills;
- Strong negotiation skills;
- Ability to direct and recommend cost-effective creative design solutions;
- Ability to work on complex projects with general direction and minimal guidance.
Education and Experience
Bachelor degree in architecture or related field or equivalent in work experience.
15+ years’ experience as Project Architect or Project Manager.
