Project Manager, Archaeology
Your Capabilities and Credentials
- Interior Plateau Field Director. Holding Field Director status in other culture areas an asset.
- Registered Professional Consulting Archaeologist (RPCA) designation an asset.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) designation an asset.
- Highly organized and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to conduct field work up to 50% of the time during field season.
- Able to mentor junior staff.
- Willing to travel for work.
- Desire to work closely with other environmental professionals and First Nations.
- A valid class 5 driver’s license; ATV and Snowmobile training an asset.
Education and Experience
A minimum of 7 years of cultural resource management experience required with a minimum 2 years of experience managing projects.
Typical office environment working with computers and remaining sedentary for long periods of time. Field work may include exposure to the elements including inclement weather. Ability to lift and move items and equipment up to 50 lbs.
