Your Capabilities and Credentials
- Owner’s Representative and multi-disciplinary team leadership experience are essential to the role.
- Knowledge and experience in areas such as buildings or water is considered an asset.
- Strong leadership skills & the ability to move a team forward.
- Ability to manage project stakeholders
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to perform well under the pressure of deadlines.
- Adapts to a dynamic project environment and can manage multiple tasks over an extended period.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactively identify project risks and determine their impact on the project with a proven ability to mitigate or resolve in a timely manner.
- Demonstrated ability to work successfully with clients, internal teams, and contractors.
- Experience with budget management.
- Understanding of plans, contracts, and specifications.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a similar field would be an asset.
- Ten years of experience across a range of sectors within the Construction and/or Engineering industries.
- P.Eng, PMP certification or an equivalent designation is an asset.
Typical office environment working with computers and remaining sedentary for long periods of time. Field work may include exposure to the elements including inclement weather.
