Your Capabilities and Credentials
- Progressive experience in the buildings facilities engineering industry preliminary and detail design, and construction administration experience, working with projects under various jurisdictions (regional and municipal).
- Demonstrated ability as a project manager of multi-disciplinary project teams specifically related to mission-critical facilities.
- Effectively manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with clients and external stakeholders.
- Experience with business development and proposal preparation.
- Excellent negotiator and communicator.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
- Minimum 6 years of proven experience managing large-scale projects independently.
