To be successful in this role you will need to have the following;
- Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Project management or relevant technical qualification is desirable;
- Ideally you should have 10+ years of experience;
- Previous success in delivering multiple / concurrent Sustaining Capital projects, undertaking day to day project coordination, development and execution of projects plans and programming;
- Ability to deliver and manage stakeholders in a complex environment, be accountable for client satisfaction by supporting the project team;
- Experience in project programming and critical path analysis by implementing strategies which address program, delivery, design risks and ensure the most appropriate standards and requirements are developed and implemented;
- Advanced commercial acumen in managing resources and budgets;
- Strong verbal, written communication skills and an ability to motivate others;
- Experience in multiple commodities such as iron ore and battery minerals; and
- Experience in multiple areas of the supply chain from Pit to Port.
