Project Manager, Owner's Representative (Healthcare)
Your Capabilities and Credentials
- Understanding of and ability to read plans and specifications
- General understanding of design and construction process and requirements
- Planning, scheduling, and cost control skills

Strong computer skills; word processing, presentation, and spreadsheet software

Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills to support this client facing role
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or similar

5+ years of Project Management experience preferred in the engineering, design and construction field and in the public sector for buildings projects
Healthcare sector experience related to the design and construction of buildings is required
Owner's Representative experience strongly preferred
Typical office environment working with computers and remaining sedentary for long periods of time. Field work may include exposure to the elements including inclement weather.
