- Strong understanding of engineering, regulatory, safety, budgetary, construction and scheduling tasks for power related projects
- Ability to be an independent thinker capable of solving problems within a team environment by analyzing technical issues, applying underlying principles, and delivering cost-effective solutions that provide value to clients.
Ability to travel and work in Puerto Rico for up to 6 months at a time required
Bilingual English/Spanish is desirable
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. Minimum of 8 years’ experience of project management for transmission, distribution and/or substation projects.
Professional designation/certification, a plus
Damage assessment and/or FEMA experience a plus.
Position
will work in both a field and office setting. Field work may include exposure
to the elements including inclement weather.
