Your Capabilities and Credentials
- Proven project management and technical skills applicable to wastewater conveyance projects.
- Experience with field work, inspections, and construction related to wastewater conveyance infrastructure.
- Experienced in organizing, planning, and executing mid to large projects from pursuit through closeout, involving internal personnel, subconsultants, and vendors.
- Ability to make sound defensible business decisions, and identify, assess, evaluate, and solve complex problems.
- Experience with a wide variety of process system designs.
- Demonstrate ability to communicate technical information internally and externally in clear, concise manner.
- Excellent client relationship and strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in team building, leading and collaboration.
Education and Experience
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, engineering, or construction management related technical discipline.
- Minimum 12 years’ relevant professional experience, with at least 5 years of experience managing and/or coordinating projects.
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) is required, or ability to obtain PE license within 6 months. Previous certification in first aid/CPR, traffic control and confined space entry is desired but not required.
