Project Manager- Water

Your Capabilities and Credentials

• Proven project management experience on infrastructure projects.
• Demonstrated knowledge of project management procedures and principals.
• Excellent communication, written, and presentation skills.
• Collaborative in nature, with ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams.
• Understanding of all phases of project implementation, and strong understanding of engineering design processes.
• Advanced understanding of civil engineering concepts and ability to communicate ideas to others.
• Technical experience on water infrastructure projects.
• Experience with the use of Microsoft Office software suite. Experience with Microsoft Project is an asset.
• Knowledge of design software and tools which may include AutoCAD Civil3D. 
• Knowledge and experience working with municipal clients in Alberta.

Education and Experience    

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited post-secondary institute.
• Registered with APEGA as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng) or eligible for registration.
• Valid Class 5 Drivers License.
• Minimum five (5) years of consulting experience, primarily related to civil infrastructure, with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in project management.
• Experience in the consulting engineering environment and project management experience is an asset.

Typical office environment working with computers and working at a desk for long periods of time. Field work may include exposure to the elements including inclement weather.
