About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our busy Water team based in our Wellington Office. Our team in Wellington provide a range of services including conceptual planning, investigations and feasibility studies, environmental planning, financial, economic and energy modelling, risk assessment, design, procurement, construction monitoring asset management, refurbishment and enhancement. 

In this varied role, you will work closely with our experienced team to continue our excellent project delivery track record. You will also support bids & proposals to ensure we can effectively deliver what we promise.   

What you will bring

You will ideally have 5+ years’ experience in project management in an engineering context, with a track record of successfully delivering infrastructure / three waters projects, working within high performing teams, and contributing to the financial success of a business. 

Excellent organisation and time management skills are a given, along with a high level of financial competency, and an ability to prioritise tasks to ensure deadlines are achieved. You will have demonstrable experience working directly with Clients to understand project briefs and delivering outcomes accordingly. 

Fostering team performance and being an effective and efficient communicator will also be essential to your success in this role. 

You will have ideally achieved Project Management qualifications or working towards the attainment of a recognised qualification.
