Your Capabilities and Credentials
- Maximo Subject Matter Expertise including the following modules:
- PM
- Work Order tracking
- Assets
- Locations
- Inventory
- Reporting
- Data analysis
- PM
- Position requires an FBI background check, (an active FBI background check a plus).
- Position requires proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
- Facility Management Professional or Certified Facility Manager certifications are desirable.
- Position requires a pre-employment drug screen.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license.
Education and Experience
- Minimum education and work experience: an associate degree and 7 years of relevant work experience, or a bachelor’s degree and 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of Maximo experience.
