Proposal Manager - USAID

Your Capabilities and Credentials

• Demonstrated practical knowledge in capture and proposal development process. Must show progressive experience, responsibility and the ability to apply lessons learned from prior capture and proposal teams to new assignments
• Excellent skills in writing, editing, formatting, research
• Excellent meeting facilitation and interpersonal communications skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Commitment to international development and to a values-driven work environment

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in International Relations, International Development or a related field and at least 5-6 years of relevant experience OR a master’s degree in a related field and at least 3-4 years of relevant experience
• Demonstrated progressive experience participating and/or managing capture and proposal development for USAID solicitations; experience with other U.S. Government agencies and/or international donors and financing institutions a plus
• Proficiency in a second language is a plus—preferably French or Arabic
