WATER: Regional Delivery Lead 
AUCKLAND

Due to the growth of our team, we are looking to fill the Regional Delivery Lead role in our Auckland team. In this key role, you’ll inspire and guide our regional water group, championing the delivery of a diverse project portfolio, on time, on budget, and to an exceptional standard. You’ll also bring your technical expertise to the table, providing leadership on water projects and supporting the Business Leader to drive exceptional outcomes across the region.

Key aspects of the role will include; 

• Provide operational leadership to ensure delivery of the Auckland Water team’s project portfolio. 

• Provides line management and direction to the Auckland Water Team Leads to ensure a highly engaged and productive team. 

• Work collaboratively to build long term relationships with internal staff and clients within the region. 

• Assist the Business Leader to ensure suitable workload forecasting and resource planning. 

• Support Business Leader, Sector Leaders, SPP Lead and PML where appropriate in key client relationships, strategic project pursuits and major project leadership. 

• Work collaboratively with the other Regional Delivery Leads to effectively coordinate resources and workloads.

• Lead and drive business development with our regional Water clients.

 The Regional Delivery Lead position is a function in addition to an employee’s substantive technical/project    contribution role.  This appointment is expected to be in place for a term of two years.  Please email your application to Renee.
