Your Capabilities and Credentials
- Strong understanding of the oil & gas sector within the Gulf Coast and nationally.
- Solid reputation and high level of personal and professional credibility based upon in-depth experience and understanding of the oil & gas sector throughout all stages of the project life-cycle.
- Substantial previous experience in consulting and a solid background serving the needs of oil & gas sector and energy clients.
- Strong leadership and business development skills, including significant experience building and maintaining productive relationships with oil & gas clients. Such experience within a consulting organization is considered a strong asset.
- An entrepreneurial orientation with strong understanding and experience in successful business development and client account growth methods.
- Demonstrated client account and top-line management experience at a scale of >$10M revenues per year.
- Demonstrated technical skills and ability to understand oil & gas client’s key needs and formulate solutions.
- Team player with ability to both lead and support initiatives and growth within a collaborative “Team Before Me” environment.
- Good driving record and valid Driver’s license
Education and Experience
B.S./B.A. in Engineering, Natural Sciences or related field.
At least 15 years professional oil & gas sector experience, in progressively more senior positions.
