Regulatory Advisor

Your Capabilities and Credentials

• Participate and support business development opportunities
• Familiarity with reading maps, survey plans and drawings (i.e. PFD, Plot Plan, P&ID) 
• Previous experience with Canadian provincial facility and pipeline regulations and applications (e.g., AER, BCER, AEPA)
• Knowledge of ABSA/TSASK application requirements is considered an asset
  Experience with CER regulated and renewable energy projects are considered an asset
• Knowledge of applicable codes and standards (CSA Z662, ASME B31.3) is an asset 
• Experience in project execution is required
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong people skills with an ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Good working knowledge in Microsoft Suite including TEAMS, Word, Excel and Office is considered asset.
• Driven and willing to learn.
• Ability to perform in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Involvement in Industry committees is considered an asset.
• Valid driver's license

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree or technologist diploma from an accredited university or polytechnic school; schooling in a science, engineering technology area, or equivalent experience is required.
• Minimum of 12-15 years of experience in the oil and gas industry

Typical office environment working with computers and remaining sedentary for long periods of time. Field work may include exposure to the elements including inclement weather.
