Minimum of 2-5 years’ experience with Section 404/401 permitting, wetland and streams issues, technical reports, and compliance.
Typical office environment working with computers and remaining sedentary for long periods of time. Field work may include exposure to the elements including inclement weather. Ability to lift and move items and equipment up to 50 lbs.

Your Capabilities and Credentials
- Demonstrated experience with ArcGIS highly desirable.
- Experienced with electrical transmission and/or alternative energy projects highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of federal and Virginia state regulations and permitting requirements.
- Task management experience with strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrated team player with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Excellent technical writing, organizational, and communications skills.
- Excellent computer skills including MS Word, Adobe, and Excel.
- Experienced with NEPA documentation or other environmental planning assessments.
Education and Experience
