Your background
- Bachelor's degree in a related field with a minimum of 10 years of environmental services work in the mining sector, leadership, technical, financial management, business development and consulting experience; or an equivalent combination of education and related experience.
- Profound knowledge of Quebec’s mining sector
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and in English with an ability to clearly convey and distill complex technical information to a variety of audiences.

- Master's degree in environmental management, MBA or related field.
- Ability to balance project execution and business development.
- Entrepreneurial minded with a core understanding of business and the challenges of an engineering and environmental consulting services provider.
- Team player with experience in sourcing clients, building, leading, and managing a team.
- Awareness of professional standards of practice (Professional Engineers, Professional Geologists, PMP), ethics, and their applicability to Stantec’s business, risk management, and quality frameworks.
