Your Capabilities and Credentials
- Must be a motivated self-starter with the ability to problem solve both individually and as a part of a team.
- Knowledge of programming and workplace initiatives taking place in the industry.
- Capable in the furniture recommendations and specification arena.
- Proficiency in the use of 2D/3D software, including Revit, AutoCAD, 3D Studio MAX, Sketchup, Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator. Understand of 3D Studio Max and InDesign is a plus.
- Extensive knowledge of materials, construction techniques, and building codes.
- Strong client engagement and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time.
- Strong graphic and visualization skills to communicate design ideas.
Your Education and Experience
5-10 years minimum experience on interior architecture projects - Commercial Workplace and Retail Admin roll-out efforts.
Bachelors' degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
State licensure and LEED accreditation is a plus.
RESUME MUST BE ACCOMPANIED WITH A PORTFOLIO OR SAMPLES OF WORK IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED.
