About the role  

 

Stantec’s Buildings team in New Zealand delivers end-to-end projects for our clients, from feasibility and design through to construction, commissioning, and operation. Specialising in mission-critical facilities such as data centres and healthcare, our team of 100 brings expertise in mechanical, hydraulic, fire, electrical, structural, and sustainability engineering to local projects. We’re proud to put user needs at the centre of every design. 

As a Revit Designer, you will contribute to the successful execution of digital delivery work, through the development of

 your technical expertise and responsibility across the team. Yor role day to day will see doing a variety of tasks

 from preparing and managing drawings for Civil and Building Services to delivering digital models and documentation and

 collaborating with our internal and external design teams. 

 

What you’ll bring 

 

  • NZ Certificate or Diploma in CAD, Drafting, or a related field. 

  • Advanced expertise in CAD, Revit, and digital delivery methods for building services projects. 

  • Proven ability to implement and uphold quality systems, drive project coordination, and minimise rework. 

  • Strong leadership skills, including mentoring and technical coaching. 

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across multidisciplinary teams 

  • 3+ years experience working on building services in digital delivery, including leadership or mentoring responsibilities.
