Position will primarily work in an office setting; may require some field work. Employee may drive on company business to deliver plans or documents to reviewing agencies or clients or to attend meetings. Occasionally visits construction sites or works in outside weather conditions.

Your Capabilities and Credentials
- Thorough understanding of right of way laws
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans, maps and right of way plans
- Knowledge of Department of Transportation's requirements in relevant jurisdictions
- Ability to solve problems using sound professional judgement, creativity and innovation
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task
- Takes initiative on tasks and in coordinating with other members of the team
- Ability to participate and collaborate in project team setting, engage in creative and critical thought and effectively communicate concepts and ideas to others
- Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings
- Ability to read and interpret land survey documents and right of way maps
- Familiarity with the provisions of the Federal Uniform Act as it applies to the acquisition of property
- Familiarity with project management cycle
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Real estate license or right of way certification preferred
Education and Experience
Technical degree/diploma/certificate or equivalent in related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of 5-6 years of experience.Position will primarily work in an office setting; may require some field work.
