Your Capabilities and Credentials
- Well-developed understanding of field survey methods and calculations including the use of GPS, data collectors, total stations, robotics, and relevant survey equipment.
- Solid understanding of local survey laws, rules, and regulations.
- Experience performing field boundary, topographic, and land title surveys.
- Strong skills in time management, organization, and meeting deadlines.
- Excellent cooperative skills in working efficiently with a team.
- Availability to travel out of town and overnight when needed.
- Proficient in MS Office including Word and Excel
- Proficient in Bentley MicroStation/ORD and/or AutoCAD Civil 3D
Education and Experience
- Education: Technical degree, diploma, certificate of equivalent in related field required.
- Experience: Meets, or within one year of meeting, requirements of ODOT pre-qualification for Right-of-Way Plan Reviewer.
- Licensure/Certification: Registered Professional Surveyor in the State of Ohio or ability to achieve licensure within one year required.
