Your Capabilities and Credentials

IT related certificate or diploma with minimum of 5 years’ server experience on enterprise environment.

2+ year of experience with Microsoft System Center components.

Hands-on experience with Service Manager (SCSM) and Orchestrator.

Experience with Windows PowerShell scripting and Power BI.
- Experience with Windows 2012/2016.
- Experience and knowledge of SCCM and SCOM 2012/2016.
- Hands-on software and hardware troubleshooting experience.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Knowledge of Cireson Service Management applications is considered an asset.
- Experience with SQL Databases is considered an asset.
- Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
- Highly self-motivated and directed and keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong customer service orientation.

Education and Experience
