Your Capabilities and Credentials

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree; preferably in Engineering, Architecture, Planning, Communications, Environmental Sciences, Economics, Public Policy or equivalent
- Engineer-in-Training (EIT), Professional Engineering (PE), Registered Architect (RA), American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP), Certified Floodplain Manager (CFM), Project Management Professional (PMP), equivalent certification, or ability to attain similar certification within 24 months is preferred.
- MPP, MS, or PhD a plus.
