Your Capabilities and Credentials:
- Strong relationships with the Naval Civil Engineering Command, NAVFAC, and/or NAVSEA
- Knowledge of the NAVFAC structure and procurement process
- Strong understanding of the Naval market, NAVFAC, and the public shipyards
- Strong business development skills, including significant experience building and maintaining productive relationships with the Navy
- An entrepreneurial orientation with strong understanding of the business development challenges of a consulting-services provider
- Strong leadership skills, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Experience in leading a team of highly skilled professionals and internal networking across a large enterprise organization
- Excellent communication, negotiation, coordination and managerial skills
- Experience with and a working knowledge of the SF330 process
- Travel is required to manage efforts across the US including Hawaii
- Engineering or Architectural registration is preferred, but not required
- Naval leadership veterans with extensive NAVFAC experience are preferred.
Education and Experience:
- Degreed Engineer or Architect
- Minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience with Naval facilities
