Your Capabilities and Credentials:
- Strong relationships with AFCEC, MAJCOM Detachments, Air Force Reserve Command (AFRC), and HQ Air National Guard (ANG) along with the active, reserve, and ANG installations
- Knowledge of the USAF Civil Engineering structure and procurement process
- Strong understanding of the USAF architectural and engineering market
- Strong business development skills, including significant experience building and maintaining productive relationships with the USAF personnel
- An entrepreneurial orientation with strong understanding of the business development challenges of a consulting-services provider
- Strong leadership skills, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Experience in leading a team of highly skilled professionals and internal networking across a large enterprise organization
- Excellent communication, negotiation, coordination, and managerial skills
- Experience with and a working knowledge of the SF330 process
- Travel is required to manage efforts across the US, Alaska, and Hawaii
- Engineering or Architectural registration is preferred, but not required
- United States Air Force leadership veterans with extensive A/E contracting experience are preferred.
Education and Experience:
- Degreed Engineer or Architecture
- Minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience with United States Air Force facilities
