Your Capabilities and Credentials
- A well-developed understanding of design concepts relevant to water infrastructure design that incorporate civil/mechanical design elements associated with process piping systems, linear infrastructure, yard piping, pumping stations, and conveyance systems.
- Strong client relationships and experience with local municipal agencies.
- Knowledge of California policies, programs, regulations, and local technical issues and conditions.
- Strong project management and/or design management skills
- Experience communicating and working with local, state and federal agency staff.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering. MS preferred.
- Professional Engineer in California
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in the following:
- Municipal planning, design, and construction processes and requirements.
- Execution of complex water/wastewater infrastructure projects.
- Familiarity with preparing plans and specifications for water/wastewater infrastructure.
